Refund policy

We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to leave satisfied, so if something’s not exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Please allow for 30-days use to see intended results. After the 30-days if you do not feel that you've experienced the desired results, at that point you may contact us for a return and refund request. 

Applicable items purchased on unbrokenintention.com can be returned within 45-days of the initial purchase date. Please send us a refund request to customer_service@unbrokenintention.com and please include some additional feedback regarding the item so we fully understand why it wasn’t a fit for you. Once we review your refund request, we will send you an email on next steps.
